The petitioners seek bail in Case No. C2-115 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 34.400 litres of Nepali Saufi has been recovered from joint possession of the petitioners.

Petitioners are in custody since 11.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed.

No.36963 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. IInd cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Case No. C2-115 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioners.
