The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No.82 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., he has no role to play whatsoever in the alleged kidnapping and disappearance of the girl. It is further submitted that as per the statement of the girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she has herself stated that she left on her own sweet-will and married with one Karu Mahto and is living peacefully with him.

No.27449 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.C. Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Nawada, in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No.82 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
