The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case no. 25 of 2019, registered under Section 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant along with 15 others reached at the Hathauri Police Station with two bottles of liquor and informed that the said bottles were snatched from the possession of petitioner No.1 Jagannath Sahni, who used to make illicit country made liquor in connivance with petitioner No.2 Pragas Sahni and petitioner No.3 Ram Dulari Devi.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40941 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
