Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25(IAA) B/26 of the Arms Act. Mini gun factory is said to have been unearthed from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been implicated in this case on account of political rivalry as wife of the petitioner was candidate in Zila Parishad election and opponent of his wife got instituted this false case.

Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 3.6.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
