The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the victim alleged that his daughter was married to Sujit Mishra @ Pandit in the year 2006 and he gifted many articles at the time of marriage. When he visited the house of his daughter in the month of January 2010, his daughter was not found inside the house and the accused persons were fled away. It is alleged that the petitioners and other accused persons were torturing his daughter.
Mr. Bakshi S.R.P. Sinha, learned sr. counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26623 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 petitioners submits that the daughter of the informant is still alive. The petitioners are in-laws and they have no manner of concern in the family affairs of Sujit Mishra @ Pandit and his wife. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, they above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 28 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
