Petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No.202 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 328, 307, 395, 397 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. He is in custody since 24.12.2018. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, who was apprehended by the police in Sahadar P.S. Case No.93 of 2013. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
