The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Didarganj P.S. Case No.221 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 341, 448, 354(A) (B) (D), 307, 504 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons of assaulting the informant and as a matter of fact the land dispute is going on between the husband of petitioner and father-in-law of the informant and for that she has been made accused in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides. In view of the fact that the land dispute is going on between the parties and no specific over act

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7205 of 2017 (2) dt.20-02-2017 has been alleged against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anant Kumar, J.M.- 1st Class, Patnacity in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No.221of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and subject to the further conditions that:

(i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.

(ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and make herself available as and when required by the police and on the event of failure on her part to appear before the police on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reasons, the prosecution is free to move for cancellation of her bail bonds.
