Petitioner seeks bail in Sabour P.S. Case No.361 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 365 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, she has levelled specific allegation against Md. Quarban. She has not alleged any overt act against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
