The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 7.8.2010 passed by Shri Sunil Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra, in Complaint Case No. 1681 of 2009, Inq. No. 138 of 2010/Trial No. 2440 of 2010.

It has been submitted that now charges have been framed and, hence, in my opinion, the prayer for quashing the order of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42739 of 2010 dt.02-02-2015 2/2 cognizance dated 7.8.2010 by the Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Chapra, in Complaint Case No. 1681 of 2009, Inq. No. 138 of 2010/Trial No. 2440 of 2010 is not maintainable. The application stands dismissed.
