The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner, who is husband of opposite party no2., is said to have ousted the opposite party no.2 from her matrimonial home in association of his family members over the dowry demand.

It appears that vide order dated 14.08.2019, this matter was referred to Mediation Center to resolve the issue between the parties. The Mediator has submitted his report (Flag

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38092 of 2019(4) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 M) stating that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved and they are ready to live as husband and wife.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has no objection to the aforesaid fact.

In that view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 2889 (C) of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
