This is an application for bail in connection with Dumariya P.S.Case No. 22 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act, including 17 of CLA Act.

Petitioner is named in the FIR and the allegation of recovery of huge quantity of explosive substance. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion and there is nothing against the petitioner and there is no recovery of his possession. So far criminal antecedents are concerned, learned counsel submits that petitioner is on bail in most of the

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that there are seven more cases against the petitioner of serious in nature.

Having heard both sides and considering the allegation as well as criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a reasonable period of time. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
