Petitioner seeks bail in Pirpainty P.S. Case No.29 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence two persons came from east direction and after putting the informant under fear took out rupees twenty thousand from his cash box. The informant has taken the name of this petitioner in the written report. Later on, informant has filed petition in the Court below stating that both the parties have compromised. Name of the petitioner has been taken due to suspicion.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36904 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 custody since 06.12.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, Bhagalpur, in connection with Pirpainty P.S.
