The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is on police bail and till date charge sheet has not been submitted and it appears that under misconception the present anticipatory bail application has been filed. The learned counsel for the petitioner realizing his difficulty seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to move an appropriate application at an appropriate time.
