Petitioner seeks bail in Chhatauni P.S. Case No.184 of 2012 giving rise to Sessions Trial No.643 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 366-A/34 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the 15th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari.

The informant has raised suspicion in the written report against Chhotu Kumar @ Badal and Vikku Kumar of having kidnapped his daughter. The victim girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which is enclosed as Annexure-2. The victim girl has levelled specific allegation against the petitioner of having kidnapped her with the help of

The victim has also alleged that petitioner has caused injuries to her on several parts of her body with blade when she raised objection and has also assaulted her.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
