During course of construction of drain, which was protested by the informant, it has been alleged that petitioner, Pramod Singh had gone inside his house, took out pistol and fired. During midst thereof, as the informant indulged into scuffle with the petitioner, on account thereof, the cartridge past through touching the temple. Then thereafter, the prosecution parties succeeded in snatching pistol. Subsequently thereof, it has been alleged that co-accused, Dineshwar Singh had gone inside the house and returned back with another weapon on account of which, prosecution party escaped therefrom.

Considering the mode of allegation in consonance

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39926 of 2016 (02) dt.17-09-2016 with the disclosure having made under Para-3 of the bail petition suggesting absence of criminal antecedent coupled with the fact that petitioner happens to be under custody since 30.05.2016. Petitioner, Pramod Singh @ Pramod Kumar @ Parmod Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Karpi P.
