The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner got appointment on the post of A.N.M. on the basis of forged certificate. It is submitted that the petitioner has already been removed from service. Many F.I.Rs. have been lodged. It is submitted that Anticipatory Bail Petitions of similarly situated accused persons, namely, Sudha Kumari and Manorma Kumari have been disposed of with a direction to surrender in the court below.

In view of this fact, this Anticipatory Bail Petition is also disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender in the learned court below within four weeks from today in Kako P.S. Case No. 141 of 2013 and make prayer for regular bail. If the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28682 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 petitioner surrenders in the learned court below within four weeks from today and makes prayer for regular bail, her case shall be favourably considered taking into consideration that the petitioner is a lady and other similarly situated accused persons have been enlarged on regular bail.
