This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that robbed motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2017.

Considering the seriousness of the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

The prayer for bail is refused.

However, the petitioner may renew prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within nine months, from the date of receipt of this order.
