2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 25.06.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C-60(7) of 2016 having earlier been rejected by order dated 04.10.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 41518 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the alleged recovery of 3 litres illegal Chulai wine kept in the plastic container of 5 litres. Recovery of the offending goods from the possession of the petitioner is denied. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.01.2017, status report dated 09.02.2017 has been received from the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Udakishunganj, according to which cognizance has been taken of the offence and the case has been committed to the Court of Session for trial.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody since 25.06.2016 already suffered, let the petitioner above named be

No.999 of 2017 (3) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Kumar II, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Udakishunganj, District Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. C-60(7) of 2016.
