JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 The case has been listed today under the heading "to be mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner and from perusal of the order dated 2.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13634 of 2018, it appears that in third paragraph of the order, recovery of three revolver, one pistol and one double barrel gun from his house has been mentioned, however, as a matter of fact it has been mentioned in the petition that there is recovery of two regular revolver, one pistol and one double barrel gun from the house of the petitioner.

Perused the record also in view of the same third paragraph of the order dated 2.5.2018 be read as "Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of two regular rifle, one pistol and one double barrel gun from the house of the petitioner".
