2. It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that no fault can be found with the action taken against the petitioner who failed to supply proper quality of metal containers which were found to be sub-standard and thus did not comply with the agreement.

3. Be that as it may, in view of non-appearance of the petitioner to press the writ petition, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
