JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Itarhi Police Station Case No. 60 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

There is case and counter case between the parties and injured are said to have sustained simple injuries. Taking note of this fact that petitioner used fire arm in the alleged occurrence, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition filed in connection with Itarhi P.S.Case No. 60 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar stands rejected.
