Petitioners seek bail in Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No.261 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 149, 323, 307, 354-A, 354-B, 379, 504 Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. They have clean antecedents.

In the written report, it is alleged that on the date of occurrence the petitioner and other accused persons misbehaved with daughter of the informant and also committed Maarpeet with the informant and his family members.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S.
