Case No.124 of 2013 pending in the court of C.J.M., Khagaria, with a liberty to the petitioners to appear before the trial court in the light of the order dated 26.11.2014 passed in A.B.A. No.459 of 2014 by the Sessions Judge, Khagaria, to seek regular bail.
