Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

This is an appeal under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the refusal of prayer for bail by order dated 08.07.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge Ist, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No.112 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 354, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.35 of 2021(2) dt.28-10-2021 2/3 Atrocities) Act, 1989.

As per allegation, co-accused, Ajit Kumar tried to outrage the modesty of the minor girl of the informant and further allegation is that thereafter the appellants and other accused persons came variously armed and abused the informant and against one, Ramesh Prasad, there is allegation that he inflicted Garasa, causing injury on his head. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that four co-accused persons, namely, Raju Yadav, Chhote Kumar, Ranjeet Kumar, Santosh Kumar, were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 16.12.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.4184 of 2019, by the Co-ordinate Bench.

As other co-accused persons of similar allegation have been granted anticipatory bail, in order to maintain the parity, this Appeal is also allowed and the impugned order dated 08.07.2020 is set aside.

Let the appellant, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VIth, Jehanabad, in

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.35 of 2021(2) dt.28-10-2021 3/3 connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No.112 of 2019. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 2 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
