Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50080 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that true fact is that one month ago of this alleged occurrence Lal Babu Sah has taken money from the petitioner with assurance that he will return shortly and when the petitioner demanded his money, he threatened for dire consequences. He submits that apprehended person disclosed the name of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application. However, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts that the petitioner is the member of crime syndicate, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 133 of 2021 pending before the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
