Petitioners seek bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016 registered under Sections- 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on suspicion without any specific overt act. Petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.11.2016. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Baijnath Ravidas, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 07.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5586 of 2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7507 of 2017 (2) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016.
