JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/409/406/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that two Land Possession Certificates (LPCs) were issued to two different persons with regard to the same land.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the LPCs have been issued under the authority of the Circle Officer contrary to the report of the petitioner being Halka Karmchari and by virtue of the said two certificates the two brothers obtained bonus for purchase of paddy through PACCS. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.28396 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that LPCs were issued under the signature of Circle Officer, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.195 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
