The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 601 of 2020 registered under Sections 498(A), 323, 304(B), 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 32801 of 2021 on 16.07.2021 (Annexure-4). Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50665 of 2021(3) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 601 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
