Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he got disappeared the son and the daughter of the informant. It is submitted that the present case has been lodged after inordinate delay and no explanation has been offered for the said delay.

Considering the fact that charge against the petitioner has already been framed and he is languishing in jail custody for one year, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
