This application has been filed for modification of the order passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 8610 of 2020, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Tajpur Police Station Case No 424 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Samastipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner could not adhere to the time for surrendering in the Court below due to difficulties based on the pandemic. In view of such submission, four weeks' further time

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9000 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 is granted to the petitioner, from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioner on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 03.03.2020 passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 8610 of 2020. This application is accordingly, allowed.
