2. The Petitioners seek bail, apprehending their arrest, in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No 109 of 2023, dated 13.01.2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 of the IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per allegation the Petitioners along with other co-accused have committed dowry death of the victim.

4. Ld. counsel for the Petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47542 of 2024(4) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 Petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that they are brother-in-law and sisterin-law of the deceased and they had nothing to do with the matrimonial life of the deceased and her husband is already in custody. He further submits that the matter has been compromised and the informant/father of the deceased has resiled from his statement as given in the written report to the police.

5. It is also stated in paragraph no. 2 of the bail petition that no similar petition has been earlier filed by the Petitioners either before this Court or before the Hon'ble Apex Court.

6. It has further been stated in paragraph no.3 of the bail petition that the Petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

7. However, Ld. APP for the State vehemently opposes the prayer of the Petitioners for anticipatory bail.
