JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 8.11.2017, seeks bail in Piro PS Case No. 96 of 2015 registered under Section 307/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of shooting at the informant causing fire arm injury on his buttock. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant of the present case is accused in the murder case of father-in-law of the petitioner, said case was lodged by him so he has falsely been implicated in the present case and the same is reflected from the nature of injury which is abrasion and the report also shows that there is no any final injury report.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rohit Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM I Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Piro PS Case No. 96 of 2015.
