Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No.422 of 2023 dated 07.04.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 272, 273 of the IPC and section 30(a)/ 32/ 34/ 36/ 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No.-1, East Champaran, Motihari. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41942 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 withdrawn.

However, petitioners are at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application.
