The petitioner seeks bail in Udakishunganj P.S.Case No.146 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Provision Excise Act,2016.

It is alleged that 5 litres country made Mahuwa liquor kept in a plastic bag was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2016. It has been mentioned in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has clean antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named,
