Taking into consideration that petitioner is named in the statement of informant though no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner but the aforesaid statement of informant is amounting to his dying declaration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Harnaut ( Telmar) P.S.Case No. 350 of 2014, pending in the court of Additional Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda stands rejected.
