The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. 308 of 2015 under Section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant has alleged that the petitioner took Rs. 6,00,000/- from him and executed an agreement for sale, but he neither executed the sale deed, nor returned the money. It is submitted that the petitioner has not executed any deed of agreement for sale.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 9.1.2017, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14870 of 2017 (2) dt.18-04-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Complaint Case No. 308 of 2015.
