JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The grievance of the petitioner is that his application for grant of arms licence of N.P. Bore Revolver filed on 03.11.2009 is still pending despite the police report having already been received by the licensing authority.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate - cum - licensing authority, Patna to take a final decision in the matter on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt /
