Patna High Court CWJC No.1778 of 2015 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/3 08-02-2017 Heard Sri Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to GP No. 4.
In the present writ petition fifteen petitioners have prayed for directing the respondents to consider their cases for granting B.A. Trained Scale Grade -III from 29.12.2012 in their respective schools.
At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioners by way of referring to an oral judgment dated 17.12.2015 passed in CWJC No. 17139 of 2014 makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the Director, Primary Education by filing fresh representation and Director, Primary Education may be directed to examine the case and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners there is no difficulty in disposing of the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file their separate representations before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar regarding the claim made in the present writ petition within a period of six weeks. If such representations are filed by the petitioners separately within time the Court expects that the Director, Primary Education may pass appropriate order
Patna High Court CWJC No.1778 of 2015 (2) dt.08-02-2017 3/3 in accordance with law on their representation preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of representations.
It is clarified that this Court has not recorded any opinion on the merit of the case.
