2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection Salaiya P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024, F.I.R. dated 11.01.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to prosecution case, when the informant was working in his field meanwhile the accused persons armed with various weapons came started abusing him and also assaulted him due to which he sustained head injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to admitted land disputed the present occurrence has been taken place and there is case and counter case. He further submits that from the perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38225 of 2025(2) dt.19-06-2025 2/2 named in the F.I.R. but due to admitted land disputed the present occurrence has been taken place and there was no intention to assault one Sateyandra Yadav and he has received injury which is grievous in nature.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts that the injury inflicted upon the injured person is grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.

7. Prayer is refused.
