2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other co-accused are alleged of killing the husband of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that three out of six witnesses have been examined. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 15.06.2024. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XII, Purnea /concerned Court below in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 147 of 2024.
