JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner claims that part of the admitted dues are not being paid by the Road Construction Department for which he had represented before the authority concerned lastly on 12.11.2014, vide Annexure 8.
Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of, without going into the merit of the case, with a direction to the respondent no. 6 to take a decision upon the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure 8 on its own merit and in
Patna High Court CWJC No.2371 of 2015 (2) dt.06-02-2015 2/2 accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
It is further made clear that this order has been passed only for consideration of the admitted dues and not for the dues which are disputed.
