JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khudwan P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant's sister was married with Mahendra Sao about 2 1⁄2 years ago. After marriage, it is alleged that a motor bike and Rs. 50,000/- was being demanded and when the demand was not fulfilled she was done to death.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is the mother-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26671 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 in-law and petitioner no. 3 is the Dewar of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Khudwan P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
