The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vidyapati P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019 dated 11.09.2019 (Sesssions Case No.151 of 2020) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 201, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. By order dated 28.02.2020, this Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has rejected the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and directed the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36865 of 2020(2) dt.01-02-2021 2/2 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge has been framed on 18.09.2020. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.09.2019.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge, Dalsinghsarai (Samastipur) in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S.
