JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 / 4 of D.P.Act. The allegation against the petitioner is of torturing the informant for non-fulfilment of additional demand of dowry. It has jointly been submitted that both parties are ready to live together.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR and he is the husband of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26484 of 2015 (3) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.S.Case No. 08 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
