Earlier prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36239 of 2017, now the petitioner moves the bail application taking fresh ground that he is ready to pay money in six installments subject to decision of the Court, moreover his mother is also a cardiac patient and he is only person to look after her.

Considering on merit as earlier prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected and not ready to deposit the money at first instance, so finding no ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19109 of 2018(5) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 reconsideration, prayer of bail is rejected with the direction already given in the earlier order to conclude the trial within a year. However, if the trial does not conclude within the said period, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
