Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P. S. case no. 481/2012 registered under sections 406 and 420 of the IPC.

It would appear from perusal of first information report that petitioner had taken personal loan from the witness of this case and moreover, as per submission, parties have already entered into compromise. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two
