The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P. S. Case No. 233 of 2016 registered under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR and the materials collected during investigation as recorded in the impugned order dated 13th July, 2016 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Araria in B.P. No. 576 of 2016, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Accordingly, the application is rejected.

In case the trial of the petitioner is not concluded

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35169 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 within seven months from the date of framing of charge, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U T
