25-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Chausa (Fulaut) P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(A), 307, 379, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have given iron rod blow on the head of brother of the informant causing grievous injury.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 17.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
