The petitioner is accused in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2016, registered under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of demanding ransom from Jitendra Kumar, by this petitioner and also recovery of one country made pistol and two live cartridges from his possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is the resident of adjacent Mohallah of Jitendra Kumar and due to strained relation with the petitioner, Jitendra Kumar got managed to implicate the petitioner in the present case with false allegation. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, in connection with Danapur P.S.
