The petitioner is in custody in connection with Piyar P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has remained in custody for more than 4 1⁄2 months.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than 4 1⁄2 months, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
